This is an opportunity for either an experienced Administration Manager looking to step up or a current Retail Manager looking to accelerate their career and join our Real Estate Management Services Team.
Based in a variety of shopping centres and reporting to the Portfolio Director, this key role will be responsible for effectively managing and maximising the performance of the of 4 shopping centre assets.
**The main responsibilities of this role include**:
- Overseeing day-to-day operations of Centre's, maintenance of the assets, and always ensuring a high standard of presentation.
- Maintaining close liaisons with the landlord(s) and fostering effective working relationships with them alongside the retailers.
- Preparation of all related reports, budgets, reconciliations, correspondence, and documentation.
- Communicate frequently with the owner and all tenants and provide timely relevant and professional advice to the owners in all aspects of the management of the property.
- Responsible for ensuring the delivery of compliance and financial reports ensuring financial targets are met, and strong financial analysis and reporting skills are maintained.
**Qualifications** To meet the challenge of this varied and busy role, you will bring the following skills and experience**:
- Current Class 1 or 2 Real Estate Licence (or be eligible to obtain).
- Experience within a shopping centre management team preferable.
- Financial experience and sound knowledge of relevant legislation.
- Valid Driver's license and ability to commute between Centres.
