Due to team expansion we are recruiting a number of Head of Compliance roles supporting business portfolios encompassing Superannuation, Advice, Marketing Investments/Managed Funds and Breach Management.

These positions will lead senior compliance advisory teams responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of compliance processes and acting as a trusted advisor to the business in the provision of guidance to compliance and regulated activities. The Breach Management role will lead oversight processes, program activities and complex compliance investigations.

The roles will work closely with Compliance Operations and Oversight teams to share knowledge, maintain a robust compliance framework and provide insightful reporting to business units and governance forums. They are also responsible for maintaining and revising policies and procedures for the general operation of the compliance program and its related activities, including the design, implementation and maintenance of new compliance standards.

You are highly driven and outcome oriented, possessing excellent leadership, communication and presentation skills and a strong client focus. Furthermore, your ability to engage, influence and build strong working relationships with senior business stakeholders will be key to your success.
