We are looking for individuals who want to work as part of the production or packing teams at our Lemnos plant. You will play an integral role in the cheese making/packing activities with a direct focus on delivering the planned schedules to support a highly efficient production.

**Preferred skillset**
- Previous experience working in food manufacturing;
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Proven safety record;
- Attention to detail;
- Reliable and punctual;
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn, willing to ask questions;
- Able to follow work procedures;
- Sound technical aptitude;
- Have the ability to work both individually and in a team environment;
- Good problem solving skills;
- Have the ability to work shift and the occasional overtime;
- Be physically fit and able to lift up to 25kgs; and
- Access to own or reliable transport to site.
