Following the decision by the Australian Government to acquire UH-60M Black Hawk helicopters from the US Government, Lockheed Martin Australia has established a core team of experienced military Rotary Wing professionals to support the initial procurement and ongoing sustainment activities. The modern-day, 3rd Generation UH-60M Black Hawk helicopter is the world’s leading multi-role battlefield and special operations helicopter with a proven legacy of exceptional capability and reliability. **Your responsibilities will include**:

- In this role you are responsible for guiding, overseeing, and ensuring the effective design, development, delivery, and evaluation of general technical training materials, assessments, and programs. Your role is pivotal in maintaining compliance with ADF, Army, and AAvnTC policies, procedures, and directives.

**About you**:

- To be successful you are an experienced Training Designer that can demonstrate the following:

- CERT IV in Training and Assessment;
- Training Designer qualifications (e.g. ADF Training Designer Course 214918 or the ability to undertake this training);
- Training analysis qualifications (e.g. ADF Performance Analyst Course 214917, or the ability to undertake this training);
- Working knowledge of the Systems Approach to Defence Learning as the ADDIE Model; and
- Significant experience working in instructional design and/or training development in a training organisation (preference to Defence or VET Sector).

**Special Requirements**:

- Applicants must be eligible to obtain and maintain an Australian Defence Security Clearance and employment may be contingent on the provision of further personal information including citizenship to ensure compliance with international export control legislation and regulations.
