**About the team**

Our retail team are like no other, passionate about the cause and committed to driving sales and delivering the highest level of customer service. A fun and diverse team with strong retail experience.

**About the role**

Our Hornsby store is currently looking for a casual Retail Consultant to join the team.

You will be responsible for:

- Ensuring the delivery of an exceptional customer experience
- Support the day to day running of the store
- Maintaining comprehensive product knowledge
- Working towards achieving budgeted sales and KPI's (our profit goes back into cancer research and cancer program support)

**About you**

You will need:

- Exceptional customer service approach with great communication skills
- Previous retail experience highly regarded but not essential, including working to a budget and KPI's
- Flexibility to work on a casual contract, including availability on Wednesdays and weekends
- **Available to work 10 - 15 hours per week**:

- Ability to work alone during shifts or lunch cover.
