Our client is a successful Electrical Contracting company specialising in construction, service and maintenance solutions for Industrial and Commercial customers.

Based from their professional premises in Brisbane’s Inner Suburbs, this privately-owned business has been servicing the industry for over 15 years. This highly skilled team are passionate about building trusting relationships with customers and delivering customised technical solutions to the highest quality.

The business has built a strong customer base across public and private sectors, including resources, utilities, manufacturing, food processing facilities, water treatment plants and the marine industry.

Due to business growth, they are seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to join their team.

**Civil Supervisor**

Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Ensure all site work and resources are effectively utilised and monitored in order to achieve timely completion of projects
- Ability to read plans and understand basic survey
- Maintain client relationships across multiple sites
- Promote a safety-first working environment and uphold company standards
- Manage project workflows, procurement of materials and managing labour schedules
- Administrative Reporting - participation of company activities, timesheets, toolbox and staff meetings

This is an excellent career opportunity for an experienced Civil Supervisor who enjoys leading a project to completion, developing relationships with clients and delivering high quality outcomes. Key skills and attributes required for the role:

- Previous civil electrical experience is essential
- Comfortable to undertake a pre-employment drug and alcohol test and police check
- Concisely communicating with a range of people including site management, company clients, tradesman, sub-contractors and apprentices
- Providing direction and supervision to teams of Labourers and Operators
- Ensuring project deadlines are being met and quality workmanship in maintained
- Assist the Project Manager to develop accurate forecasts for the work and labour requirements
