**About this role**
With your skills and experience, you can contribute to the millions of ways we’re enhancing health and wellness while developing your career as part of the largest health organisation in Australia.
We are delivering a large transformational program consolidating information from NSW Health websites into a single, user-centric NSW Government website.
As a web content writer within the Strategic Communications and Engagement branch, you will play an important role in creating meaningful, accessible and high-quality digital content for the people of NSW.
You will work closely with teams across NSW Health and other NSW Government agencies to uplift and improve the user experience, consistent with NSW Health and NSW Government guidelines and strategies.
This role reports to the Digital Program Manager.
Crown Clerk 7/8, starting salary from $110,266 - $122,058 plus Super and annual leave loading, with a 35-hour work week.

**What you'll be doing**
- Planning, writing and editing website content to ensure it is engaging, high-quality, inclusive and accessible for the people of NSW.
- Collaborating with project teams and other stakeholders from across government to develop user-friendly content that meets design standards, guidelines and best practice principles.
- Using your content writing, content management and troubleshooting skills to help inform the content approach and strategy for each website project.
- Integrate user insights and data to improve digital content and the overall user experience or identify pain points and suggest solutions.
- Participate in the project team’s agile practices, incusing attending stand-ups, showcases and retrospectives.
- Working in a Drupal content management system to optimise and publish content as part of each website project.
