Fleet Controller

We are seeking a Fleet Controller who is KPI driven and thrives off continuous improvement. to plan & execute runs for 15-20 HC/MC vehicles, whilst also monitoring drivers to ensure delivery windows are met, communicating with customers & utilizing fleet for the most productive outcome.

This role would suit someone already in the industry looking for an opportunity to grow, or a new comer with sound analytical skills, task driven and keen to build a career in the Transport industry.

**To be successful you will have**:

- Ability to work in a team, whilst able to escalate through to management when required.
- Knowledge and understanding of COR, HACCP, BFM
- Previous success in a Fleet Controllers role
- Experience in route planning regional freight
- Excellent communication, time management skills and multi-tasking ability
- Ability to deal with customers both internal and external in a professional manner
- Good computer skills (MS Office package)
- Your own reliable transport

**Your duties will include, but not limited to**:

- Route planning for 15 - 20 drivers.
- Pro-actively monitoring to ensure on time performance to our customers.
- Fleet utilization & dead leg removal.
- Maintenance of your assigned fleet
- Ensuring all loads and information are captured and PODS returned for invoicing.
- Payroll approval - company drivers and Contractors invoices

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
