**ABOUT YOUR NEW TEAM***:

**ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE**:

- Deliver up to 4 Shichida classes per day to children from 0 to 6 years old
- Lead children and parents through a range of engaging activities in accordance with the curriculum
- Positively influence children’s learning and development
- Actively liaise and partner with parents to support their children’s learning journey
- Prepare materials for class use
- Connect with current and prospective parents about the program on the phone or face-to-face
- Represent Shichida values and provide an excellent customer experience to our families
- Assist with general office operations as and when required

**SCHEDULE**:

- School term hours**:4 weekdays** (8:30am - 5:30pm); and **Saturday morning** (8:30am-1:00pm)
- School holiday hours**:5 weekdays** (8:30am - 5:00pm)

**KEY SELECTION CRITERIA**:

- Demonstrated passion for working with children
- An understanding and appreciation of the importance of the early education system
- Demonstrated initiative and drive to contribute to a growing organisation
- Ability to work independently, inter-dependently and collaboratively
- Proven behavioural management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**WHAT YOU WILL BRING**:

- Valid Working with Children Check
- A bachelor’s degree
