This is an inbound customer service call centre position, duties include:

- Answer a high volume of inbound calls
- Resolve customer complaints
- Escalate customer complaints where necessary
- Update customer details in the database

- Proven experience in a customer service role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
