**About the role**

Side Room is on the hunt for fun and energetic **baristas and all rounders** to join the team. You know your way around a coffee machine and are passionate about delivering the perfect cup of coffee every time.

You have that vibe customers love and look forward to seeing every day whilst still handling a fast-paced environment without slipping.

**Your tasks**
- Fast service across barista duties
- Execute high quality, consistent coffee as per our recipe
- Latte Art
- Have fun while working hard - that's an easy one
- Engage and work well with your team and customers
- Maintain a high standard of hygiene at all times
- Ensure product consistency, maintain operational standards and complete daily tasks

**About you**

What's most important to us is attitude. You scream good vibes, are a whole bunch of fun, have an enthusiastic, customer and team member focused personality and care about everything you do, even when no one is watching.

You have previous experience as a barista. You’re confident and passionate about food, coffee and healthy lifestyle.

**Salary**: $29.00 - $32.00 per hour
