We are currently searching for a dynamic and influential **Team Leader** to join the team in **Mitchelton. **This is a **full-time role **with the added benefit of a** monthly accrued day off (ADO).**

As **Team Leader**, you will provide leadership, coordination and mentoring support to a team of Jobs Advisors with a focus on maintaining positive team culture and empowering staff in a fast paced and dynamic environment in partnership with the Operations Manager. The role also requires you to engage with your own caseload of customers to provide support and coaching to help them develop skills to move towards sustainable employment

With a high level of emotional intelligence, you have a knack for evaluating situations, identifying solutions and negotiating positive outcomes. Impeccable time-management skills and a high level of computer literacy with the ability to use multiple software programs is also essential to succeed in the role.

**Essential experience, qualifications and skills**:

- Experience in Employment Services is highly regarded
- Exceptional communication skills and a high level of computer literacy
- A recent clear National Police Check
- A current Working With Children Check / QLD Blue Card
- Current Drivers Licence
