Warehouse Co-ordinator

**What we can offer**

We are currently seeking a talented Warehouse Co-Ordinator to join our Hardings Reservoir team in a permanent full-time capacity working Monday to Friday.

**What you will be doing**
- Coordinate pick slip work flow including pink slip release & invoice functions.
- Assigning tasks and work orders to warehouse team members as directed.
- Work closely with the Purchasing & Customer Service teams to resolve queries.
- Escalate issues to managers when necessary.
- Daily management of all registers with timely and accurate entry of data.
- Assist with general team functions as directed by line manager, in line with the work level standards for this role.

**What you will bring**
- Intermediate computer literacy in Microsoft Office and systems.
- Strong organisation and time management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work both as part of a team and independently.
- Established interpersonal skills and experience in dealing with a variety of stakeholder groups.
- Highly evident communication skills both written and oral.
