**The Opportunity**:

- 3 months (with possibility of extension)
- Full time (may consider 3-4 days per week)
- Melbourne

**About You**:

- You are a highly experienced ER/IR lawyer
- You are capable of working independently and have the ability to appear before the Fair Work Commission
- You are comfortable and experienced with running a matter from start to finish, including experience with advocacy
- You are able to provide strong verbal and written advice relating to fitness for duty assessment referrals and subsequent dismissals/deployment
- You are experienced in the management of personal leave, redundancies, rostering issues and code of conduct investigations
- You are familiar with Consultation requirements under relevant enterprise agreements
- You are experienced in drafting deeds of release/settlement and drafting significant or complicated employment contracts and associated documents
- You are comfortable in managing engagements with external parties
- You have strong time management skills
- You have the ability to hit the ground running and work closely with a fast paced team
- You have a minimum of 8 years' experience
- You have the ability to understand and adapt to the needs of the business
- You have a current practising certificate
- You have the right to live and work in Australia
