As a key member of the Education Leadership Team, the Principal will work side by side with the Deputy Executive Principal and the Leadership Team to shape an inspiring and transformative learning environment at Mackillop Education. **This is a Permanent Full-Time (38 hours per week) opportunity based in Clifton Hill within our MacKillop Education program. The position reports to the Deputy Executive Principal. This position will begin at the end of April 2025.**
**Key Selection Criteria**:
- Relevant qualifications in education
- Relevant experience supporting vulnerable children and young people.
- An understanding of trauma-informed practice in a school setting.
- A proven ability to work in a complex multi-disciplinary and collaborative environment, with a focus on democratic participatory leadership.
