**About the Role**
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting Demand & Supply planning for Bikes Categories
- Monthly maintenance of Supply plans
- Assisting New Order submissions by key production deadlines
- Driving forecast accuracy improvements
- Minimizing Out Of Stock situations for key lines
- Instigating action through strong analysis with assistance of Brand Managers
- Management of inventory based on quantity and quality measures
- Collaborating with Finance Teams and Sales Teams to assist in making strong commercial decisions to improve the financial performance of the business
- Data management
- Involvement in driving system and process improvement
- Transparent reporting/Analysis for the Planning Team
