**About the role**:
SpeedFit Instructors/Personal Trainers are responsible for building rapport with clients and deliver great & intense sessions every time. They motivate and guide our clients on their journey to get their results

They also champion team members with 5-star customer service while maintaining a high-end and professional facility. Each of our studios services a maximum of 200 clients so if you care to see your clients results and want to make a real difference then SpeedFit is the place for you.

This particular role is a casual position with up to 20 hours a week.

**Skills & Experience Required**:

- Cert III in Fitness to be able to facilitate consistently amazing personal training sessions for our clients

Desirable but not required:

- Previous experience working in sales, hospitality or retail
- Have a passion for health and wellness
- Be proactive to achieve goals
- Know how to get the best out of people
- Be hungry to up-skill, grow and develop yourself

SpeedFit combines personal training with EMS technology for an exceptionally effective workout in just 20 minutes per week. Our EMS training is effective, fun and low-impact with our workouts being adaptable enough to cater to a wide variety of clients and their needs. We are a rapidly growing team of 100+ fitness & business professionals, with backgrounds from various areas, including Exercise Sports Scientists, Exercise Physiologists, Nutritionists, Yoga and Pilates Instructors, Strength Coaches and Personal Trainers. We have hundreds of people and 30+ studios based across 5 states with relocation opportunities.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $30.95 - $35.00 per hour
