Fantastic opportunity for a Manager experienced in Adults community Mental Health to undertake a leadership position within an established multi-disciplinary team.
You will be working for a leading public health district providing an essential mental health service to regional Victoria.
You will manage a team of like-minded professionals including Registered Nurses and Social workers.

You will play an integral member of the team operationally. Strong people management skills and workforce planning experience are essential.

Set business hours to be worked with relocation assistance and free accommodation provided.

**This position is a 3 month locum contract with view of extension or permanent opportunity if desired. Role based in a beautiful regional Victoria tourist hotspot - 3 hours outside of Melbourne.**

**Essential Criteria**
- Relevant Nursing or Social Work qualification and registration with relevant governing body.
- Good Operationally and strategically
- Post-graduate study within Mental Health desired
- Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team
- High level of interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in managing a similar service desired (community mental health) - Adults services
- Ability to manage a team effectively
