We aspire to be more than just a place to eat and drink; we aim to be the heartbeat of our neighbourhood, a cornerstone of camaraderie, and a source of pride for all who call Hop & Huddle home. **Job Description**: Known for Sips, Smokes, Shakes and Soul you will help to bring the vision of Hop & Huddle to life by leading, developing and inspiring your team in an exciting pre-opening environment, making your mark in Perth's newest venue. **As our Venue Manager you will**: - Be an integral part as we launch the new Hop & Huddle concept for the hotel - Lead the team ensuring we provide exceptional service and a welcoming venue for our guests - Be knowledgeable about our products & services, work with local suppliers and the local community to showcase the best of WA - Work closely with the sales team to promote Hop & Huddle - Assist with large events in our events spaces **Qualifications**: An operational leader, you will be animated, social & playful by nature with the skills and experience to seamlessly move between outlets & activities making each experience with our guests extraordinary. An ability to connect with our clients and our community, educate our guests about our beer paddles, delicious smoker menu and signature milkshakes.
