This is an exciting opportunity for AINs to be part of our Palliative care team at Kalamunda Hospital.

Our AINs are included in the Team Nursing model to work alongside CNs, RNs and ENs, and will work to their full scope providing holistic nursing care including basic care needs, hourly rounding, inclusion in patient handover and safety huddles, engaging with Forget Me Not Volunteers, patient families and the Allied Health Team.

**About the Job & How to Apply**

As part of a multidisciplinary team our AINs deliver general patient care to patients under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse, performing the primary function of an Assistant in Nursing as defined in WA Health Mandatory Policy (MP) - Assistants in Nursing Policy (MP 0080/18) and related AIN Duties statements for Nursing and Maternity settings.
- A copy of your current CV and cover letter clearly detailing your qualifications and experience.
- The names and contact details of two (2) current referees, one being your current or recent line manager, who can attest to your suitability for this role.

**This recruitment pool will be open for 2 weeks and the following should be noted**:

- The assessment process for this role will include a group behavioural assessment process.
- Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool and appointments may be made when similar vacancies occur within any EMHS facility.
- Appointments may be made from this pool until 31/03/2026.
