**About the Role**

We are looking for a carer to join our team, with a key focus on delivering care to our clients in Port Melbourne.

Some of your tasks will include:

- Assisting clients with daily living activities
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Helping with mobility and personal hygiene
- Administering medications as needed
- Promoting independent living
- Providing transport and community access

- Cert III Individual Support
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- CPR and First Aid certifications
- Your own reliable transport with comprehensive insurance and a Victorian Driver Licence
