Concrete Labourer

Landcare is a landscape construction company that prides itself on producing high-quality creative solutions for its customers across Melbourne.

Based in Craigieburn we are looking for an experienced Labourer to join our small but growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build an exciting and rewarding career in the landscape construction business.

The applicant must also be punctual, highly self-motivated and have exceptional attention to detail. The ability to complete Landscape construction work to a very high standard is the priority in this position, with some project management involved as well. We are looking for someone who enjoys the responsibility of site supervision with support from the company Director, whilst still working in a hands-on landscaping role. Your primary landscaping duties will include paving, decking, retaining walls, concreting, lighting, irrigation, planting and synthetic turf Installations.

Skills and Experience:

- Ability to manage a small team and mentor apprentices
- Reading and interpreting plans
- Setting and adhering to project schedules
- Calculating and ordering materials
- Liaising with clients and sub-contractors
- Effective multi-tasking and problem-solving capabilities
- Must also have a drivers licence.
- Minimum 3 years Skid Steer Experience
