We currently have a position available for a Specialist Youth Worker to work in our Early Intervention Program based in our Wallan office.

This is a full time role on a 12 month fixed term contract (possibility of extension dependant on funding).

The role involves providing intensive support to young people around a range of issues including substance use, mental health, housing, relationships, employment/education, parenting, independent living skills, etc within a therapeutic program.

It is essential that you hold a **minimum Diploma level qualification in a relevant field** and have experience and knowledge in the youth services field, particularly outreach and case management models.
