Pest and Termite Technician Traineeship

A leading provider of pest control and termite management, based in Lawnton, who service Sunshine Coast, Brisbane and Gold Coast, currently have a great opportunity available for a trainee.

They are a small family company looking for a positive person to help our team grow.

As a Pest Management trainee, you will learn to provide quotation and delivery of a pest management program whilst maintaining equipment in a storage area and/or controlled pest management vehicle.

You are expected to manage your daily workload, upsell and maintain and increase their portfolio of clients by performing high quality work thorough treatments.

You will also work towards completing a nationally recognised qualification in Certificate III in Pest Management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Carrying out a variety of pest control treatments.
- Inspecting client's premises thoroughly for any signs of timber pests.
- Carry out a variety of termite treatment measures.
- An ability to upsell on jobs when applicable.
- High quality customer service.
- Maintaining and keeping care of your supplied vehicle, equipment, phone and uniforms.
- Working to our company standards & direction.

**Essential requirements**:

- Current Manual Drivers Licence.
- Current Police Clearance.
- White card.
- Physical fitness and good general health. (Ability to work in both crawl spaces and roofs as required)
