**About The Role**
As a Relationship Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind nurturing and growing Flare’s high-value customer relationships. You’ll proactively engage with customers to build trust, foster long-term partnerships, and ensure their success.
A key part of your role is educating employees about valuable benefits, including novated leasing. Whether through webinars, presentations, on-site visits, expos, or other engaging events, you’ll make complex topics simple and accessible.
You’ll also play a critical role in meeting individual and team targets while ensuring customer satisfaction remains at the heart of everything you do.
**What Will Keep You Busy...**
- Collaborate with the B2B Sales Team and employers to craft and complete effective go-to-market strategies.
- Manage key accounts to drive customer advocacy, growth, and satisfaction.
- Partner with Relationship Management, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure product adoption and lead generation through various employee activities.
- Achieve targets for important metrics consistently, ensuring alignment with policies and legislation.
- Contribute to a positive team culture by embracing feedback, demonstrating values, and actively participating in meetings and events.
- Identify and share process improvement opportunities with internal collaborators.
**What we'd love to see from you...**
- Experience in SaaS Account Management or Employee Benefits related sales and relationship roles
- Strong sales, presentation, and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and engage diverse audiences
- Proven ability to manage sales pipelines and handle high volumes of lead inquiries effectively
- Resilient, adaptable, and passionate about selling in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Competent with Microsoft Office tools and skilled in working within collaborative sales teams
- Tertiary qualifications are a bonus but not essential
