Our client, a highly regarded and rapidly growing consumer goods brand based in the Western Suburbs is on the hunt for a hands-on and enthusiastic CRM & Promotions Executive to join their vibrant team as they continue to unlock the next phase of growth.

Reporting into the eCommerce Growth Lead, this role will primarily focus on managing the day-to-day needs of their owned DTC channels. You will support new product campaigns, executive promotions and marketing content and spearhead initiatives to boost conversion rates and overall performance.

You should possess strong experience in building campaign journeys and developing experimentation and testing plans, and be passionate about building customer value, driving customer engagement and sales.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Develop and manage the BAU broadcast content planning schedule, including developing briefs, setup, testing and publishing of campaigns
- Working closely with creative agency to support the development of assets required for all digital channels and campaigns
- Identify target audiences and crafting consumer journeys that are designed to drive acquisition, retention and conversion
- Maintaining a best-practice eCommerce website that reflects the key attributes of the brand; own website updates including landing page creation and SKU management
- Manage technical implementation of CRM campaigns, such as eDM, push notifications and SMS
- Manage and improve online content/copy that is SEO compliant
- Develop regular reports and share monthly insights with the wider team to feed into optimisation plans

**To be successful, you will have**:

- Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in a CRM/Digital Marketing focused role
- Understanding of experimentation and testing
- Strong commercial focus to deliver sales results
- Experience in content management and promotion execution
- Solid understanding of eCommerce metrics and analytics data; ability to draw conclusions and make recommendations based on insights
- Strong time management and multi-tasking skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment
