Doggy Walking is expanding to the Northern Beaches and we’re on the lookout for a passionate and experienced dog lover to lead the way. This role is ideal for someone who not only loves dogs but takes pride in delivering premium service and safety, with the opportunity to step into a leadership role as we grow the area.

**About the Role**

This is more than just a job - it’s a trusted role within the community. You’ll be the go-to person for local families who want the best care for their beloved dogs.

Your day will mostly involve **leading group dog walks** (usually managing 4+ dogs at a time), with **occasional solo walks and pet visits**. You’ll be responsible for maintaining calm, control, and safety at all times — which means understanding **dog psychology**, confidently handling different temperaments, and being able to **vet dogs for group suitability**.

We’re looking for someone who takes **canine safety seriously**, treats each dog as if they were their own, and values the relationships we build with both pups and their owners.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Based in or willing to travel to the Northern Beaches (e.g. Dee Why, Manly, Brookvale, Narrabeen)
- Ideally Minimum 6 months of hands-on dog handling experience — whether professional or volunteer
- Genuinely reliable, punctual and confident with dogs of all sizes
- Friendly and professional communicator - both with clients and our internal team
- Able to follow a schedule independently and use mobile apps
- Interested in growing within the business - with leadership potential

**Requirements**:

- 30-40 hours per week availability
- Must be available Monday to Friday, **generally between 8:00am - 3:00pm**:

- Valid driver’s license and reliable car
- Police check or willing to obtain one
- Confident handling multiple dog of different sizes breeds and temperaments, on leash and off leash (solo and group settings)
- Comfortable with walking in all weather conditions and being on your feet
