After cleaning and detailing prestige cars for the last 30 years, Magic is looking for skilled and passionate team members to take the prestige offering to the customers driveway. With all the latest and greatest equipment, you’ll be equipped with a brand new and ergonomically fitted van that will ensure your cleaning process is efficient. Starting in Melbourne, we offer two flexible business models for those interested in joining this new division: - **Salaried Operator**:Earn an hourly rate with additional sales target bonuses. - **Contractor Model**: Retain all sales revenue after covering the van’s running costs, consumables, and commission to Magic. Whether you choose the salaried or contractor model, every operator will benefit from a fully equipped van, performance-based bonus opportunities, and a leadership career path for those who wish to advance within our network. We are seeking experienced and dedicated individuals in car detailing to join our team as Mobile Car Wash Operators. You will be responsible for providing exceptional car wash and detailing services to our customers at their chosen locations, with a strong emphasis on delivering top-tier customer service to ensure satisfaction. Adaptability and a willingness to learn the "Magic way" are essential, as you will be trained to follow our specific detailing processes.
