**We are seeking a full-time DES Manager in Bayside and Yarra**

**About the Role...**

Duties include:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of a cost-effective DES-ESS service
- Manage and provide direction and support to a DES-ESS service delivery team to achieve all agreed KPIs and organisational objectives
- Build viable long-term partnerships with external stakeholders in your region to enhance service delivery for job seekers.
- Monitor the effectiveness of DES processes and work practices to ensure they meet the needs of key stakeholders, including jobseekers

**About You...**

As the** DES Manager** you will be able **to positively influence a team** **to achieve results** that make an impact in the employment outcomes of people within our community. You will also **manage the operations** of the site to ensure all agreed standards are met.

**Qualifications and Experience include**:

- Proven leadership experience and success in the employment services/ Disability Employment Services sector
- Strong business acumen, with proven experience leading a team to achieve KPI's through a positive and collaborative leadership style
- The ability to identify and report operational performance achievements, and shortfalls in order to formulate strategies for achievement and improvement
- Must have a current and valid driver's licence and your own registered vehicle with a 4 or 5 star ANCAP safety rating.
