**The Director of Service Role**:
This permanent fulltime position comes with a splash of flexibility around your admin hours
Kick off with a **5-week induction program** that sets you up for success. You’ll receive incredible support from a mentor and our regional manager to ensure you shine

**Service Hours**: Before School Care 7:00am to 9:00am, After School Care 2**:30pm to 6:00pm (plus admin hours)

- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is a big kid at heart
- Communicates like a superstar, whether chatting with a prep student, a parent, or the school principal.
- Is a natural problem-solver with a can-do attitude.
- Has a keen eye for detail and loves leading a team.
- Is genuinely interested in creating enriching experiences for primary-aged children.
- Is energetic, enthusiastic, and ready to bring the FUN
