Marketing Manager

**Role Overview**:
You’ll be responsible for managing client communication, coordinating deliverables, and keeping our creative and marketing workflows running smoothly. You’ll work closely with our COO (who handles campaign strategy and technical execution) and will be the main point of contact for clients once onboarding is complete.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead and document client onboarding meetings, including fact-finds and ongoing project briefings
- Coordinate and follow up on deliverables with designers, copywriters, and web/SEO contractors
- Review and quality-check client-facing content before final approval
- Manage client calendars, timelines, and feedback loops to ensure projects stay on track
- Organise and coordinate client photoshoots, liaising with clients and photographers to confirm logistics and objectives
- Flag scope creep or delivery issues early and help maintain service standards
**About You**:
- 2+ years’ experience in an agency or client-facing marketing/project management role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident managing client expectations and internal team coordination
- Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple deadlines
- Comfortable working autonomously with a small, fast-moving team
- Sydney-based preferred, but not essential
**Work Structure & Pay**:
- Remote, contractor basis with potential to grow into a salaried or permanent position
- Starting with 3-4 clients and scalable over time
- Compensation to be discussed based on experience and capacity (with clear scope of work)
