Your Role:
As a Permanent Early Childhood Educator, you will:
- Create nurturing, engaging learning environments for children.- Develop and implement age-appropriate curricula.- Assess children's progress and document their development.- Build strong relationships with families to support each child's growth.- Ensure high-quality care and compliance with industry standards to support children's holistic development and lifelong learning.

What You Bring:
- Qualifications: Certificate III, Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent).- Certifications: Current and valid Working With Children Check and First Aid Certificate, including training in asthma and anaphylaxis.- Skills: Ability to provide a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all children.- Attributes: Understanding of developmental milestones, capability to design and evaluate appropriate programs, strong communication skills, and adaptability to various situations in an early childhood setting.

Desirable Skills and Knowledge:
- Familiarity with the national early learning framework for children from birth to five years.- Understanding of the standards and assessment process to ensure quality service.- Respect and understanding of diverse cultures, families, and individual children's needs.- Proficiency in using computers and relevant software to document children's learning and development.- Previous experience as an Educator, Assistant Educator, Childcare Assistant, or similar role.
