**About the Role**:

- Handling of internal customer HR/Payroll enquiries and redirecting to appropriate department;
- Providing general administrative HR support to stakeholders across the business;
- Assisting with Onboarding requirements for the team;
- Generation of employment contracts and onboarding items;
- Processing Employee setup and terminations;
- Supporting ad-hoc HR Projects and Business Initiatives.

**About You**:

- Ideally seeking someone who's recently completed a Diploma or Degree in HR
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organised, results focused and high attention to detail and quality orientation
- Strong administrative skills and project co-ordination, with the ability to meet deadlines and to leverage networks and support across the organisation.
- Exceptional customer service
- Ability to handle high volumes and work effectively under pressure.
