**The Opportunity**
As the Marketing Assistant you’ll support the success of our marketing and brand strategies through digital and print content creation, social media management, stakeholder engagement, asset management and events coordination. As part of the Marketing team, you will execute campaigns that align with the organisation's branding & goals, thereby enabling older people to access residential options and services which support their quality of life. This part time onsite position is 30.4 hours per week which can be worked across 4 or more days. Remuneration is pro-rated to 0.8 FTE, plus leave loading, superannuation and Not-For-Profit salary packaging.
- Responsibilities: _
- Designing and producing marketing materials & developing visual content that align with brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Coordinating marketing events and promotions, including expos, shows, and product launches
- Create engaging content for social media, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Assisting in writing and editing marketing copy for newsletters, blogs, and press releasesMaintaining marketing databases, contact lists, and promotional materials
**About you**
- Essential: _
- A qualification in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of graphic design principles and experience with design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
- Understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
- Strong attention to detail and creativity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Desirable: _
- Experience in a marketing or graphic design role.
- Knowledge of video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Basic understanding of web design and content management systems (Wix, WordPress).
