**Social Media & Content Marketing Manager (Creator-Focused)**

RLSTRENGTH is one of Australia’s fastest-growing online fitness coaching brands, helping women lose the last 3-10kg and build lean, confident, strong bodies.

We are not looking for an agency or free lancers.

This is a rare opportunity to take full ownership of a creator-led media and marketing machine and scale it from 7 to 8 figures with two personal brands leading the charge.

**The Role**

You’ll be the engine behind our content, strategy, and storytelling.
This role is full-time, high-impact, and designed to grow into Head of Marketing.

You will:

- Script and plan Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikToks, and longform YouTube content
- Drive growth of both personal brands as the front-end of our coaching business
- Collaborate directly with Ryley and Kiara to reflect tone, aesthetic, and positioning
- Lead deep research on hooks, trends, competitors, and platform strategies
- Editing and execution of content
- Build scalable content systems and eventually lead a team under you

**You’re Right for This If You**
- Have helped a business scale from $1M to $10M, or
- Have grown personal/social brands to 100K+ followers with proven conversion
- Know how to script, storyboard, and plan content that performs
- Understand how to turn ideas into hooks that go viral or sell
- Want to go deep on one brand, not juggle a client roster
- Are ready to work with high-performing founders and bring your own ideas to the table
- Want to build something long-term, not just chase trends

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
