- Encourage critical thinking, discussion and analytical skills

- Collaborate with colleagues to develop enriching learning experiences

- A qualified and passionate educator with expertise in English and Humanities
- Committed to inspiring students and fostering lifelong love of learning
- Skilled in creating meaningful connections with students and colleagues
- Dedicated to preparing students to be future-fit, equipping them with the skills to succeed in an evolving world.
- Demonstrated understanding of and experience of implementing evidence-based teaching practices, informed by the Victorian Curriculum
- Excellent communication skills and a creative approach to teaching, fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment where students feel encouraged to express their ideas and develop their analytical ability
- Demonstrated capacity to work collaboratively and creatively with colleagues to improve the quality of programs and enhance student outcomes
