**Job Opportunity: Medical Receptionist (Casual) - NSW**

**IMMEDIATE START**

We are currently seeking a **friendly, professional, and reliable Medical Receptionist** to join our busy medical practice. If you have a passion for patient care and strong communication skills, we’d love to hear from you

**Location**: Merrylands, NSW
**Hours**: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (inclusive of break time)
**Availability**: 2-3 days per week (flexible days between Monday-Friday)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Welcoming patients and managing appointments
- Processing billing and Medicare claims
- Maintaining patient records in line with privacy and confidentiality standards
- Providing general administrative support to clinical staff
- General housekeeping

**Skills & Experience**:

- Proficiency in **English** (written and verbal)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional phone manner and presentation
- Computer literacy, and experience with practice management software (Pracsoft, Medical Director, Proda) preferred but not essential
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem solving and time management skills
- High level of accuracy, organisation, and attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual, with own transport essential
- Previous experience in a medical or healthcare setting (Desirable)
