**About the Role - Barista**

We are seeking an experienced Barista / Cafe all-rounder to join our team and take lead in delivering the best coffee and customer service.

**What do you need?**
- Passion for specialty coffee with experience in high volume cafes. **This is a must**:

- Demonstrated genuine great customer service skills
- Must be able to work weekends
- Ambition to continually maintain high standards and further your skills
- A positive attitude and approach
- Ability to work in a busy team environment
- Excellent communication and time management

**Salary**: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Barista: 1 year (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Food handling: 1 year (preferred)
