We are currently looking for an experienced Rope Access Supervisor for a project based in Wagerup with site visits to other sites as and when required. The supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day frontline supervision of Rope Access works. You will work on diverse and exciting projects and shape the way we evolve, adapt, and transform our industries.

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure compliance to the quality management plan
- Ensure all works are undertaken safely and with due regard to the health and wellbeing of UGL employees, client representatives and third parties.
- Produce, monitor, and close out work packs.
- Compile and submit project MDR’s.
- Complete all inspections, testing and verification activities

**About you**
- IRATA Certification - Level 3
- Australian Recognised Trade Certificate (advantageous)
- Working at Heights (RIIWHS204E issued within 2 years)
- Enter and Work in Confined Space (RIIWHS202E issued within 2 years)
- Current Australian Drivers Licence (preferred)
- Highly skilled in, and familiar with maintenance of rotating assemblies
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- A positive mindset and demonstrated commitment to safety
