Victoria University TAFE delivers accredited courses, apprenticeships, traineeships and customised training programs that link closely with industry needs. Our electrical courses are delivered in a modern, purpose-built, specialty trades facility at VU Sunshine and Werribee campus **.**

**About the Role**

As a TAFE Sessional Teacher, you will have the opportunity to share your **trade experience**with the next generation of students. You will collaborate with other teachers in developing learning resources for our courses, as well as training and assessing students, and maintaining accurate records.

**About You**
- You will need to hold relevant and/or current electrical trade qualifications
- A Training and Assessment qualification
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116);
- or Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110) with Address Adult Language, Literacy and Numeracy Skills (TAELLN411 or TAELLN401); and Design and Develop Assessment Tools (TAEASS502, TAEASS502A or TAEASS502B)
- Hold a current Employee Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain one.
- You are passionate about sharing your knowledge with the next generation of skilled electrical industry workers.Willingness to continually learn and develop as a TAFE Teacher
