**What You’ll be Doing in this Role**:

- Lead the charge for our Partnerships & Growth team, driving success in tenders, grants, and bids.
- Be the go-to advisor for internal stakeholders in the preparation of proposals
- Boost our reputation by gathering key info to showcase our strengths to stakeholders and recommend ways to improve our competitiveness
- Help shape and execute our business growth strategy
- Build smooth systems and processes to stay on top of opportunities, track progress, and spot trends for growth.
- Be the expert connector, managing relationships with key stakeholders and strategic partners.

- Proven experience in leading teams, coordinating functions, and managing resources.
- A knack for spotting business strengths and customer needs to drive growth.
- A solid understanding of government decision-making, procurement, and contract management.
- A track record of juggling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.
- Strategic insight into the external factors that shape business operations.
- Experience in planning and executing strategic PR activities like media campaigns, events, and advocacy.
