**Responsibilities**:

- Administrative Support:

- Provide administrative support to teams, including document preparation, data entry, and maintaining office records.
- Scanning and uploading documents

- Office Coordination:

- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
- Ensure the efficient use of office resources and maintain a well-organized and tidy workspace.
- Collection and delivery of items using the company van
- Transport of team members or clients using the van or other vehicles

- Facilities Management:

- Oversee office supplies, equipment, and inventory management.
- Liaise with vendors for office maintenance and supplies procurement.

- Communication and Collaboration:

- Act as a liaison between departments, fostering effective communication and collaboration.

- Travel Coordination:

- Assist in making travel arrangements for staff, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.

- Production Planning:

- Help plan, manage and coordinate production activities
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers or crew

Skills Required:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Education and Experience:

- 1-2 years experience in an administrative or coordination role.
- High school diploma required; additional certifications or relevant college courses are a plus.
- Drivers License is required

Term

Contract Term is for 3 months (possibly extended or full time)
