Disability Support Worker

Willows Care provides disability support services through connecting people with their communities. We currently provide services in the ACT, and surrounding areas, Cooma and Melbourne. Through our services, we aim to contribute to and support the health and wellbeing of participants, while assisting them in education and development of life skills. Willows Care is an NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) service provider, providing individualised services to people of all ages and backgrounds.

**Qualifications & experience**
- You will need:

- A valid driver’s license
- Current First Aid Certificate
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- WWVP
- Cert 3 or 4 or higher qualification
- National Criminal History Check

We are looking for support workers who are passionate about the role. The work hours can be fixed after discussion. This is a perfect opportunity for support workers looking for extra hours.

**Tasks & responsibilities**

Assisting participants with high and low care supports as well as behavioural support needs.

These duties can include:

- Hygiene facilitation
- Mobility support
- Domestic Duties
- Attending social events
- Willing to use own car for work purpose

**Salary**: $34.00 - $36.00 per hour

- Shift work
