As Frontline Rostering Officer at Achieve Australia, your primary goal is to create and maintain rosters for several of our sites. This is a key role to ensuring our disability support services run efficiently. This role is based at our South Brisbane office and is required to work onsite Monday to Friday.

**Role Responsibilities**:
- Create and manage Master Rosters and coordinating day-to-day rostering requirements across sites.
- Directing and allocating resources as directed by the operation managers, ensuring business processes have been followed and exceptions manage.
- Escalating any shifts that are unable to be filled and/or service issues within appropriate time frames and procedures.
- Ensuring the information in Rostering System are accurate and up to date at all times.
- Working closely with Service Managers to optimise workforce planning and cost effectiveness.

**To be successful in this role, you will need**:
- Rostering / scheduling / workforce planning experience.
- Knowledge of rostering systems, HR practices and award principles.
- Ability to build and maintain trust and confidence of stakeholders through building rapport, consistent performance and delivering on services.
- Demonstrated customer focused communication skills incorporating the abilities of courtesy, diplomacy, and confidentiality.
- Organisational and time management skills including the ability to prioritise a demanding workload.
- Advanced computer literacy e.g., MS Office and Excel.
