**Our Preston and South Morang Toyota dealerships are currently seeking an Assistant Used Vehicle Manager to join our supportive and close knit team.**

Reporting to the Sales Manager this role is primarily responsible for guiding Guests through our buying process and delivering service beyond Guests’ expectations.

Our used vehicle yard is a high performing yard that sells a variety of makes and our team always strives for excellence. We are searching for someone who can motivate and mentor our passionate team.

**In this role you will be responsible for**:

- Presenting yourself professionally (both in attitude and attire)
- Establishing and maintaining good working relationships with all departments
- Building relationships with customers and potential customers
- Understanding and being responsive to customer’s needs
- Knowing and understanding the sales process, including the value of each step
- Coordinating all dealership activities that are associated with the sale and the delivery of all vehicles you sell

**The successful applicants will possess**:

- Previous management experience within the automotive sales industry
- A current driver's license (manual transmission driver)
- Strong verbal and written communication
- The ability to work autonomously
- Professional, honest and well-presented
- Customer driven and focused
- Team player with a 'can do attitude'
