**About the Role**

We’re looking for a passionate Gardens and Grounds Maintenance Team Member to join our team in** Bayswater**You’ll be responsible for maintaining gardens and lawns at residential and commercial sites. If you bring the right attitude, we’ll provide the training you need to succeed.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Perform all aspects of gardening, lawn care, and grounds maintenance.
- Support the Team Leader in fostering a positive, values-driven team culture.
- Assist supported employees in building skills and reaching their employment goals.
- Complete tasks as directed by Team Leaders.
- Bring a positive, can-do attitude to every job.

**What We’re Looking For**

- Background in property or garden maintenance, including lawn and weed identification.
- Familiarity with operating relevant equipment (training provided if needed).
- Physically fit for manual handling tasks.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks within a small team.
- Valid driver’s licence - minimum P2.
- Confident towing a trailer.
- Hold or be willing to obtain a NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Hold or be willing to obtain a Working with Childrens Check.
