The role

We are looking for energetic people passionate about hospitality and a true love of spirits, who enjoy working in a team that support and learn from eachother. If you have the motivation and commitment we can teach you all things spirits, wine and cocktails, or you may have the knowledge to hone your craft at Roy Hammond already.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create an amazing experience for every customer

Ensure the delivery of excellent & professional guest service at all times
- Create rapport with regular guests
- Produce high quality products in accordance with brand standards

**Requirements**:

- Experience and love of hospitality
- Keen to learn about spirits
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts as required by the business

**Salary**: $58,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Tips

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
