AUR30620 Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology
- AUR40216 Certificate IV in Automotive Mechanical Diagnosis

**Requirements**:

- Hold AUR30620 Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent
- Hold AUR40216 Certificate IV in Automotive Mechanical Diagnosis or equivalent
- Possess TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or higher)
- Have recent experience teaching in the vocational education and training (VET) sector
- Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Have current industry experience
- Understand RTO operational and legislative requirements
- Hold a current National Police Clearance and driver's license

Desirable qualifications and experience:

- Strong industry and community networks
- Experience in training international students
- Proficiency in using the online student management system, axcelerate
- 2+ years of teaching experience in the vocational education sector

Key responsibilities include:

- Delivering training and assessment to students enrolled in automotive courses through various modes
- Conducting regular audits of workshop resources and maintaining workshop equipment
- Engaging with industry to ensure industry currency
- Participating in assessment review meetings
- Complying with training and assessment policies and procedures
- Maintaining accurate student records
- Liaising with industry to assess current needs and ensure best practice

**Salary**: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
