Located in Brisbane's eastern suburbs, the school services the vibrant and well-connected communities of Carindale and Chandler. About the Role As the Principal, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Lead the school community in developing and committing to a shared vision focused on quality learning outcomes for all students. Uphold values-based, ethical leadership. Embed socially just practices in daily school life. Set high standards for student and staff performance. Engage in lifelong learning and professional development. Nurture positive partnerships with students, teachers, community and stakeholders. Be future-oriented and strategic. Understand policies and legislation effecting the department. Manage department resources to achieve goals.
