Troocoo is proud to partner with this leading organisation within the Financial Services sector, to bring to market this permanent Data Analyst opportunity.

Reporting to the Manager - Financial Crime Detection, this role will give you the opportunity to be involved in the development and delivery of monitoring, detection, and real time decisioning strategies and tactics deployed within the organisations financial crime systems, solutions and services.

**Experience & Capabilities**:

- Implementation of strategic and tactical response to financial crime threats by way of the companies Financial Crime detection solutions and services.
- Implement proactive prevention response to fraud threats, including the effective deployment of real time fraud controls.
- Implement strategy, roadmap, and initiatives as they relate to financial crime analytics.
- Maximise the effectiveness and efficiency of financial crime systems, solutions, and services.
- Identify gaps and opportunities to transform the way financial crime detection, data and insights are presented and consumed.
- Actively collaborate with Functions, Compliance, Risk and Technology teams to facilitate effective design of detection controls in support of business risk appetite.
- Formal qualification in technology, information systems, data analytics or finance/commerce
- Have experience with a broad set of analytics tools, e.g. data manipulation (SQL, Python,), and data visualisation (Tableau, PowerBI)
- Previous experience in financial crime analytics is highly desirable
